My child had no idea what day of the week it was...weekend days are the same as weekdays to our family. (especially in the summer!)

My husband is a local golf professional, so his days off are as bizarre as mine. It does make things more challenging, but we try to make sure that at least a couple times a month we have a weekend day where we are all home together.

Setting client expectations for when you have appointment time available is key to making sure you can take days off, whether during the week or on weekends. It's all a matter of how you want to run your business.

Re: Do Agents Know What TGIF Is?

Thank God it's Friday

Re: Do Agents Know What TGIF Is?

Everyday's Friday if you love what you do.

http://www.gregorygarver.com

Re: Do Agents Know What TGIF Is?

It's true. As a real estate agent you don't have weekends. You think that you could take time off during the week, but it just doesn't happen that way. You end up working from 9-5 just because everybody else is doing it. As a Realtor you have total freedom, but if you want to serve your clients and make good money, you have no freedom....
