Roost: Do Consumers Really Dislike Searching for Homes Online?

    I did the same thing when searching for my homes. In fact, I found the ones I liked and then immediately sent them to my agent to do her due diligence.

    Perhaps, there should be a send this listing to my agent button.

    I've found that the consumer thirsts for reliable,up-to-date information. It's the quality and type of information,as well as the user- friendliness of the site that keeps the consumer engaged. I have never heard complaints about too much info--only too little, and out-dated information with respect to price and status

    Dan,
    There is a now an app that works like a send to agent button its called Dwellicious. If you've heard of Del.icio.us its in that app family.Seems like a very useful tool. I am about to try it out and I think my clients will love it.
