These were the only cities we surveyed in this study. We wanted to see if this type of study was interesting in market. There's been a lot of interest so if I were a betting man (which I am) I'd bet that you'll see more of this type of analysis coming from us. If you are interested in a particular city let us know.

Re: Roost Real Estate Speak Report

Interesting data - I love looking at stuff like this; were these the only cities surveyed, or did you look across all of your markets?

Re: Roost Real Estate Speak Report

Great post. We’re currently working on acquiring recently sold homes data and we’ll be sure to put an analysis together when we get it. In some markets it can be difficult to get access to and/or publish recent sold data without a significant time lag, but we’re hard at work on a solution.”

Re: Roost Real Estate Speak Report

Nice analysis - I love stuff like that- but what I really think would be even more helpful is to do the same analysis of homes that have sold, i.e., "What are the top words used that result in a sold property?" Any possibility of seeing that analysis? Thanks for a great posting!
-Kirsten Boehmer

Re: Roost Real Estate Speak Report

Nice writing.
